Moments that you thought lost forever!

1.  Making an appearance on the 25th Annual Grammy Awards, Grace Jones and
Rick James present two of the awards for the evening.  Always one to make an
"entrance" Grace simply captures your attention in her "extraordinary" outfit!
One of her very best!

 

2.  Appearing on "The Today Show" Grace talks at length about the role she plays
in her latest film "Vamp!"  It's interesting listening to her talk about her character, and
how she tailored the role of Katrina, after reading the book, "Interview with a Vampire."
Like the characters in that story, she wanted to establish a "background" and a "depth" to
her own character, so you would see there was more there than just a "vampire."  As they
discuss her role in "Vamp" they also touch upon several of her other roles, and how we have
come to expect the "un-expected" from Grace Jones.  In closing, she also mentions her
upcoming new album.  A very nice interview!

 
3.  While on the set of "Vamp" Grace gave several very insightful interviews!  Which were
included on the "laser disc" release of the film.  The first thing that you'll notice about
Grace, is her incredible "eyes!"  And that terrific "smile!"  She looks so beautiful!
As always, "it's all Grace!"  She is simply delightful as she talks about her
latest project!
4.  Making a delightful appearance on the "MTV Music Awards" Grace puts her own
incredible spin on her presentation of the "Best Male Video" award. 
5.  Appearing on another installment of the "MTV Music Awards" Grace accepts an
award for "David Bowie and Mick Jagger."  Of which, she comments that she would like
to "have" both of them! 
 
 

 
6.  Performing her latest release "Crush" from her new album, Grace sets the stage
for a remarkable moment from "Solid Gold."  Her performance is exceptional!
She simply captivates your attention!

7.  During a very special salute to "Island Records" Grace is on hand, not only to talk about
some of the other artists on the label, but also to talk about herself!  

8.  "Entertainment Tonight" previewed Pee Wee Herman's upcoming Christmas" Special,
during this wonderful "behind the scenes" glimpse!  Which features Grace!  As always
she is simply marvelous!
9.  After stepping forth, from this "huge wooden box" Grace performs
"The Little Drummer Boy" on Pee Wee Herman's Christmas Special.   As she 
moves around the set, she simply captures your attention!

 

10. Returning to the "MTV Music Awards" Grace presents one of the honors
for the evening.

 
11. Joining "Regis and Kathie Lee" on their popular daytime talk show, Grace
talks about many things!  She is truly delightful!  There is always so much
going on with her!  As they visit, she mentions her new album, her incredible 
style, which sometimes borders on the bizarre, the roles that she has played
in her movies, plus so much more!  As always, she looks wonderful!

12.  Making a wonderful appearance on the "Pat Sajak Show" Grace presents another
side of herself!  Both during the interview and also when they show a portion of her latest
video "Love on top of love."  As always, she is full of stories about her life and career.  This
time she talks about her "secret marriage" to Chris while in Jamaica, which resulted her being
thrown into jail; there is also a bit of voodoo involved and how her mom advised her to deal
with the situation.  Very strange!  From there she mentions all the of appearances she is
making on behalf of the new album.  It's a very interesting interview.

13.  Joining her friend, Jonathan Elias on CBS This Morning, Grace talks about her
involvement on his new album.  She mentions her thoughts on the "Native American Indian"
and what we can learn from them.
14.  Joan Rivers always seems to push the envelope!  And no where is this more apparent
than during this particular interview, from her daytime talk show.  She starts out by asking
Grace about her son, and if she would like to have any more children, which naturally brings
forth an interesting reply!  Grace also talks about her family, and how she was raised, which
brings to light a recent altercation that she had with an airline pilot.  From there, she touches
upon her "sexuality" and how "everyone!" wants her! 
 

 

15.  During a very special segment on "Entertainment Tonight" they featured a report on 
several individuals that have remained "famous" even though they have actually done
very little.  Among them, Grace Jones.

 

16.  The "State of Grace" is the complete Grace Jones video collection ~ uncut, uncensored,
uncompromising.  From "Warm Leatherette" to "Slave to the Rhythm," here are all her
exotic, outrageous videos.  These selections contain some of her most bizarre images,
powerful rhythms, and sheer theatrical brilliance ever filmed!  This nearly hour long
presentation contains:  Slave to the Rhythm, Warm Leatherette, Walking in the rain,
Feel up, La Vie En Rose, Demolition Man, Pull up to the bumper, Private life, My
Jamaican guy, Living my life, Libertango, I've seen that face before.

 

 
17.  Fresh from the runway, Grace spends a few seconds with "Entertainment
Tonight" as they catch up with the talented superstar, during a recent fashion show.

 
18.  Looking "extremely" stylish!  Grace makes a delightful appearance on "The
Tonight Show" with guest host, Joan Rivers.  As always, Grace is over the top!
Throughout the interview she talks about many things!!!
